Professionally,

I have worked with corporate internal design teams, marketing teams, agencies, start-ups, art galleries and studios. I like to challenge myself to develop a unique and diverse skill set in design. For example, in my early 20’s, I accepted an internship to study under textile designer, Nikki Martinkovic. This was surprising seeing I had never been to Manhattan, had any experience in the competitive fashion industry, OR textile design. I spent many hours learning her craft and mastering mediums I had never worked with before. I worked my way from unpaid illustrator to paid illustrator to contracted textile designer. I look back on this experience with incredible fondness. The growth and knowledge that I took away from this time can come with no price tag. 

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and have mastered Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects and XD. My strengths lie in illustration, branding, typography, layout/composition, print production, communication, and strategic creative thinking. My work is very conceptual, explores my empathetic nature, human connection and experience.
